The Road to College Program includes programs, workshops, and opportunities to educate Williams Preparatory students and families about getting ready for college and building college readiness “from cradle to commencement.” Each staff position supports a different aspect of the program including:
- Academic Counselor—works with students to develop critical academic skills and understand the importance of academic success to securing college opportunities
- College Counselor—helps educate students about searching for colleges, identifying college-bound opportunities, learning how to pay for college, and navigating the college application process
- Inspire Counselor—supports students and alumni in their college transition (including applying for financial aid) and counsels alumni to persist through college to graduation
