School year 2015-2016
Greetings from Uplift Education Child Nutrition Program!
The Uplift Child Nutrition Program strives to provide our scholars with delicious and wholesome meals. Our on staff dietitian creates the menu to ensure that scholars are provided with the healthiest and most nutritious meals that meet the recommended standards.
Uplift Education Charter Schools are part of the National Breakfast and Lunch Program. Based on certain guidelines, scholars may be approved for free meals for the school year. Others may be approved for reduced price meals, which cost $0.30 for breakfast and $0.40 for lunch. Paid scholars may purchase breakfast for $1.60 and lunch for $2.70.
Breakfast and lunch menus can be accessed online by visiting your scholar’s school website, by clicking on parent resources at the top of the page and choosing “school lunches”. Lunch accounts may be set up via www.myschoolbucks.com where money can be deposited into your scholar’s meal account online. For more information regarding payments to lunch accounts please refer to 'Make Pre-Payment to Your Scholar's Lunch Account' on the Child Nutrition website.
