Scholar Records
- Districts: Submit requests via TREx. Parent consent is required if the scholar is not enrolling in your district.
- Personal copies: Complete a Scholar Records Request.
- Alumni: Alumni should complete the Alumni Records Request Form. For assistance, email alumni@uplifteducation.org.
