Home of Heights Healthcare Institute
In 2023, Uplift Education with Baylor Scott & White Health (BSWH) was selected as one of 10 education/healthcare providers nationwide to receive a substantial $14.9 million grant from Bloomberg Philanthropies resulting in the creation of Uplift Heights Healthcare Institute, a career-technical education (CTE) high school located on the Uplift Heights Preparatory Secondary campus. The program prepares scholars with the skills needed to succeed in today’s most in-demand healthcare careers through Healthcare Therapeutic, Biomedical Science, Nursing, and Healthcare Operations learning pathways.

This school is authorized to offer the International Baccalaureate® (IB®) Programs to every student. What is IB®? The IB® programs develop students who are:

🌟 Specials Spotlight! 🌟 A huge shout-out to our Specials Team, Counselor Brown, and Mrs. Traylor-Pahrms for organizing such an amazing experience for our scholars! 👏 Thanks to our partnership with Sunshine SEL, scholars enjoyed engaging activities that promoted social-emotional learning and movement during Specials . We loved seeing our students smiling, trying something new, and building important SEL skills while having fun! 💙✨
