Teachers Who Care and Know Your Child.
Uplift Education has over 1,400 classroom teachers ready to help your child reach their full potential.
Meeting your child where they are.
At Uplift Education, every classroom is led by a caring teacher who knows how to meet each child exactly where they are. Our teachers build relationships first — taking the time to understand how each student learns, where they’re excelling, and where they need more support — because strong instruction starts with knowing the individual child, not just the curriculum.
Will my child have a teacher who is certified?
Uplift Education classroom teachers must meet the same professional standards required of teachers in any Texas public school. Thus all teachers in certification-required positions are certified or on track toward certification.
What is the student-to-teacher ratio at Uplift Education?
As a public school system, Uplift Education follows the same state-mandated classroom size limits as any Texas public school district. Every Pre-K classroom includes a paraprofessional alongside the lead teacher, and many other classrooms throughout our campuses are staffed with a paraprofessional as well to help maintain a comfortable, attentive ratio.
Does Uplift Education offer special education and inclusion support?
Yes. It’s a common misconception that charter schools don’t offer the same range of student services found in traditional public schools.

Yes. As a public charter school network, Uplift is legally required under federal law (IDEA and Section 504) to provide the same special education services and protections as any traditional public school district.
