The Uplift difference

What Makes School Life at Uplift Education Different?

Uplift scholars grow up inside a community, not just a school. Life at Uplift Education is built on five things every parent should expect: real opportunities to develop as a whole person, a campus culture with its own spirit, traditions, and activities, a family that’s genuinely welcomed into the experience, teachers and staff who know each child individually, and a campus where safety is never left to chance. Together, these are what turn a school day into a life scholars are excited to be part of.

Well-being & character development

How Does Uplift Education Support the Whole Scholar?

A well-rounded education means more than test scores. At Uplift, scholars grow beyond the classroom through well-being programs, daily character development, clubs, and athletics — the everyday experiences where kids practice social interaction, build leadership skills, and pick up the life skills that carry them into adulthood.

Clubs & extracurriculars

We Play as Hard as We Work!

Each school at Uplift Education offers a variety of clubs and extracurricular activities for its scholars. From artistic expression to games, strategy, and leadership, there is an opportunity for every scholar to engage with their like-minded peers. What’s even more unique is that many of the clubs are inspired by the scholars themselves.

Competition Builds Character.

Uplift Education wants to give our scholars the opportunity to have the full school experience, which includes the opportunity to participate in organized team sports. Soccer, basketball, volleyball, track, flag football, and tackle football are just a few of the sports offered, often beginning in middle school. While offerings can vary by school, rest assured that school spirit and team support are plentiful at every school.

Traditions Scholars Look Forward to Every Year

Every Uplift school has its own personality and school spirit, built by the scholars and families who make it their own. And as a network, Uplift shares a long history of traditions and events that scholars look forward to year after year — from spelling bees and science fairs to milestones like Senior Decision Day. These shared moments are where school pride takes root and where scholars build memories that stick with them well past graduation.

Caring staff

A whole campus of caring adults.

None of this works without the adults in the building. Uplift teachers take the time to know each scholar as an individual — how they learn, where they’re thriving, and where they need support. And that care extends well beyond the classroom: from campus directors and the leadership team to support staff, custodial teams, and cafeteria staff, every adult on an Uplift campus is there to support scholars and families.

It’s the reason families consistently say the same thing: their child has a teacher — and a whole campus — who truly cares.
