How to Access STAAR Results
Parents and guardians can now access their student’s STAAR results.

Step 1
Navigate to www.texasassessment.gov
Step 2
If you know your child’s 6-Character Unique Code, enter it and your child’s date of birth, legal first name and click “Sign On”.
If you have a prior year STAAR Report Card, the access code is in the bottom left of the inside page and back page in the blue bar.

Find the code on your previous STAAR report card
If you have a prior year STAAR Report Card, the access code is in the bottom left of the inside page and back page in the blue bar.
Look up the code on the website
If you do not know your child’s 6-Character Unique Code, select “How do I look up my access code?” in the “Information and Support” section at bottom.
Enter your child’s TSDS or PEIMS ID (PEIMS ID can also be your child’s social security numbers), birthdate, and Child’s legal first name, then click Search.
Your access code will be given to you. Save your access code for your records.
You will now be back on the STAAR Family Portal Login screen with your student’s Unique Access Code prefilled in the fields. Click Sign On to login to the STAAR Family Portal.
Refer back to Step #2 to sign in.
Step 3
You will now see your STAAR Family Portal home screen with your student’s testing history.
Once logged in, you can view your child’s STAAR results, which will include detailed breakdowns in each subject, identifying your child’s strengths and areas where they may need additional support. You will also see resources to use at home to support your student’s learning.
