Uplift’s Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) program offers highly effective teachers a clear pathway to a six-figure salary, including additional bonuses. Designations can be earned as early as the first year, based on student growth and observation results, and almost all teaching assignments are eligible. Once earned, 90% of the funds are directly deposited into your paycheck, allowing you to enjoy your increased salary as quickly as possible.
