Home of Heights Healthcare Institute
In 2023, Uplift Education with Baylor Scott & White Health (BSWH) was selected as one of 10 education/healthcare providers nationwide to receive a substantial $14.9 million grant from Bloomberg Philanthropies resulting in the creation of Uplift Heights Healthcare Institute, a career-technical education (CTE) high school located on the Uplift Heights Preparatory Secondary campus. The program prepares scholars with the skills needed to succeed in today’s most in-demand healthcare careers through Healthcare Therapeutic, Biomedical Science, Nursing, and Healthcare Operations learning pathways.

We start with strong academics that tie lessons to real world situations. Then we cater the lessons to your child’s unique needs. Your child will be learning exactly what they are prepared to learn while being challenged to grow.
This school is authorized to offer the International Baccalaureate® (IB®) Programs to every student. What is IB®? The IB® programs develop students who are:

Social and Emotional Learning
Our social and emotional learning programs are raising the bar for SEL in education. We understand the importance of creating an environment of stability, belonging, and safety for every scholar. At Uplift, students grow their social and emotional maturity thanks to:

After School Program
Our school provides after school care on-site until 6:30 each school day. Additionally, there are several organizations and daycares that pick up and drop off at our school which will provide before and after school programming. Please contact our school for more information and options.

This secondary school offers Uplift’s unique Road to College & Career program which is UNPARALLELED in how we prepare our scholars for life after high school and support them through college and into a career, including:
