For 25 years, Uplift has grown steadily from a single school with three grades to a network serving more than 22,000 scholars at more than 40 schools across DFW. We haven’t achieved this by being timid. We have taken brave and innovative action and we see the rewards for our scholars. Now we are looking to the future with bright minds and bold hearts and invite you to help us achieve our next level.
To further the positive impact of our schools, we will need your support in raising $22 million over the next five years. Our goals may seem lofty, but we are confident we can achieve them through our tenacity and your generosity.

We have a high bar for success for college & career readiness with goals to have:
- 70% of our alumni graduating with a college degree within six years of high school graduation
- 90% earn a post-secondary credential
- 75% of our alumni earning a living wage
School Growth & Facilities Improvement
- Expanding our PreK programming
- Finishing our growth at Uplift Ascend, Uplift Elevate, and Uplift Summit feeder patterns
- Filling all available open seats
- Focusing on engagement with existing scholars and families
Strong Adult Culture
- 80% of our teachers are retained year over year
- 80% of our teachers are “satisfied” with Uplift as a place to work on our Gallup survey
