Maximize Your Earning Potential
At Uplift, impact drives income. Our Performance-Based Compensation System (PBCS) turns classroom excellence into pay, with clear criteria and transparent pathways—including the real potential to earn six figures through strong instruction, a thriving classroom culture, and measurable scholar growth.
The Performance-Based Compensation System offers:
- Clear, transparent pay criteria
- Direct link between instructional impact and earnings
- Support and development to help you grow
- A pathway to six-figure compensation
Teacher Incentive Allotment District
- Uplift is proud to be one of the earliest adopters of the Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) in Texas and continues to rank among the districts with the highest percentage of TIA-designated teachers. We have also built one of the most expansive eligibility models in the state—nearly all teaching roles and interventionists qualify for TIA, including SPED teachers, Interventionists, and Fine Arts positions.
- With our new Performance-Based Compensation System (PBCS), TIA allotments are now fully built into base compensation. Because the measures that earn a TIA designation are strongly aligned with the metrics in our PBCS, teachers who earn a TIA designation typically see that level of excellence reflected in where they land on the PBCS tiers, resulting in higher earning potential.
Opportunity Culture
Opportunity Culture expands the reach of excellent teachers. Multi-Classroom Leaders coach and support small teams of teachers while continuing to teach, creating space for collaboration, shared learning, and stronger scholar outcomes. This model enables high-impact educators to lead from the classroom while improving instruction and support across grade levels.
