About Our School
Uplift Gradus Preparatory is part of Uplift Education, the largest charter school network in North Texas. Our beautiful campus is located in DeSoto and was built to allow more students to attend nearby, nationally-recognized Uplift Hampton for middle school and high school (students at Uplift Gradus will have automatic admission to Uplift Hampton when moving from 5th to 6th grade). Academics at Uplift Gradus
We start with strong academics that tie lessons to real world situations. Then we cater the lessons to your child’s unique needs. Your child will be learning exactly what they are prepared to learn while being challenged to grow.
This school is authorized to offer the International Baccalaureate® (IB®) Primary Years Program (PYP) to every student. What is IB®? The IB® PYP programs help our youngest students thrive academically while also:
- Learning how the world works and their place in it.
- Understanding how to express themselves.
- Obtaining the skills to organize themselves and manage their time.
After 5th grade, Uplift students will progress to an Uplift middle and high school where they will continue with the IB® middle years and diploma programs.

The Thanksgiving Food Distribution is almost here! Please join us on Saturday, November 22nd from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM at Uplift Hampton Preparatory. Rain or shine! This event is available only to Uplift Hampton, Uplift Gradus, Uplift Pinnacle, Uplift Wisdom, and Uplift Infinity and supplies are limited. To make the process smooth, please review the following reminders: ● Have a clear and decluttered trunk before you arrive. ● A valid photo ID is required at check-in. ● Distribution is one meal kit per household — no exceptions. ● Each kit will include two meal boxes with canned goods and produce. ● Some items may be cold (milk, butter) — please refrigerate immediately. This distribution is designed to make sure every family has what they need to enjoy a Thanksgiving meal together. Please arrive on time and remember, it is first come, first served while supplies last.
📣 Exciting News, Gladiator Families! 🌍💚 This week, our scholars homeroom classroom symbolically adopted an endangered species through the World Wildlife Fund! 🐾✨ We are so proud of their enthusiasm for protecting our planet and learning about wildlife conservation.
