Developing the Whole Scholar
Education That Grows the Whole Person
Healthy Minds, Strong Hearts
Scholars learn best when they feel safe, known and supported. Uplift’s well-being programs help scholars build the social and emotional skills they need to manage challenges, form healthy relationships and make thoughtful decisions.
Caring adults on every campus look out for each scholar’s well-being. When a scholar needs extra support, our teams connect them and their families with the right resources, so every scholar can focus on growing and thriving.
Room to Explore, Create and Lead
Some of the most important learning happens outside the regular school day. Uplift clubs and extracurricular activities give scholars the chance to explore new interests, sharpen their talents and find their people.
Whether a scholar is drawn to the arts, robotics, debate, service or student leadership, they can find a place to grow. Along the way, they practice teamwork, creativity and responsibility, skills that serve them in college, career and community life.
Building Character On and Off the Field
Uplift athletics give scholars a place to compete, stay active and represent their school with pride. Coaches teach the fundamentals of the game while also teaching discipline, perseverance and sportsmanship.
Scholar-athletes learn to balance practice with the classroom, support their teammates and keep going after a tough loss. Those lessons build the confidence and grit that carry them well beyond the final whistle.
Families Are Part of Our Team
Families are a scholar’s first teachers, and at Uplift they are true partners in their child’s education. We keep families informed, welcome them onto our campuses and invite them to share their voices in the life of the school.
From family events and celebrations to volunteer opportunities and parent leadership, there are many ways to get involved. When families are connected to the school community, scholars feel the support of everyone around them.
