Teaching & Education, built into four years of real experience

As a tuition-free public charter network and dedicated partner in your scholar’s success, Uplift Education provides the foundation: a rigorous International Baccalaureate (IB) education, a supportive PK–12 community, and a commitment to preparing every student for college, career, and life. Building on that foundation, the Education & Training Pathway gives scholars the opportunity to move beyond learning about education—and begin experiencing it firsthand. Through coursework, mentorship, and hands-on opportunities within Uplift schools, scholars gain the skills, confidence, and insight needed to pursue a meaningful future in education.
