As a tuition-free public charter network and dedicated partner in your scholar’s success, Uplift Education provides the foundation: a rigorous International Baccalaureate (IB) education, a supportive PK–12 community, and a commitment to preparing every student for college, career, and life. Building on that foundation, the Education & Training Pathway gives scholars the opportunity to move beyond learning about education—and begin experiencing it firsthand. Through coursework, mentorship, and hands-on opportunities within Uplift schools, scholars gain the skills, confidence, and insight needed to pursue a meaningful future in education.

This pathway is designed to help scholars graduate with more than coursework. It helps them build meaningful experience, explore college and career options, and prepare for the next step with clarity and confidence, with Uplift Education as an ongoing partner.
Potential outcomes include:
- At least 9 hours of transferable college credit through Tarleton State University
- Educational Aide I certification
- College and career readiness measure completion
- Early exposure to careers in education and school leadership
- Eligibility for an official Letter of Intent to Hire from Uplift Education, if program requirements and employment qualifications are met
After graduation, scholars may be prepared for pathways such as:
- Entry into education-related college programs
- Early employment connected to school or youth-serving environments
- Continued preparation for careers such as teaching, counseling, coaching, school leadership, and student support services
