Local and State Representatives to Serve as Judges
The Science Teacher Access to Resources at Southwestern or STARS program was created in 1991 to improve the quality of science education in North Central Texas. The goal of this program is to provide awareness around various fields in science and broadening the knowledge base of teachers. All STARS resources are available to teachers in the state of Texas at no cost.
